Please read before your appointmentTo ensure we can provide the highest quality service within our estimated timeframes, we kindly ask all clients to follow these pre-arrival rules.

Remove Personal Belongings
Please remove all personal items, valuables, money and loose rubbish from the glovebox, door pockets, centre console and boot before our arrival. We are not responsible for any lost items left in the vehicle.

Child Car Seats
Please remove all child car seats prior to your appointment. For insurance and safety liability reasons, our detailers are strictly prohibited from reinstalling or tightening child seats once a clean is finished.

Heavily Soiled Vehicles
If your vehicle has excessive pet hair, heavy mould, biohazards or extreme mud and sand, please tell us when booking. These require extra time and specialty chemicals, which will incur an additional charge.
